Active Foods™ High Protein Biltong is of unrivalled quality and is made from Silverside beef. The ham is a cut of beef that comes from the top of the hind leg. It is cut into strips and then vacuum sealed to ensure maximum freshness. The product does not contain any colourings or flavourings!
