Complete Hydration Drink™ contains an advanced tri-carbohydrate blend of maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose to utilize the different time-release carbohydrates.

Complete Hydration Drink™ contains BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) and also includes a formula of 4 electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) and vitamin B6.
