The EM01 HMS rubber expander is a fitness accessory designed to train upper body muscle groups. It consists of five rubber resistances attached to two comfortable plastic handles. The EM01 HMS expanders are made of high-strength rubber. The resistance force is adjusted by installing the appropriate number of rubber bands.
