Horizon Andes 3 NEW - a completely updated version of the well-proven elliptical Andes 3 (2012). Externally, the exercise machine is made in the style of all the latest Horizon models and has a fresh, "unsoiled" design. The main features of this model are: simple three-step assembly of the exercise machine after purchase, elementary folding in one step (about the technology below), as well as an increased step length (510 mm.), which puts Andes 5 on a par with entry-level professional equipment.
Horizon Andes 3 NEW belongs to the class of large-sized elliptical ergometers. Several patented components are responsible for the smooth running and verified biomechanics. Firstly, this is the ECB Magnetic Brake™ technology. In essence, this is a special drive unit using the highest quality bearings, where the number of rubbing parts is reduced to a minimum. ECB Magnetic Brake™ provides unique smoothness and silence of rotation, as well as a smooth stepless transition from one load level to another. Secondly, this is a pedal-lever unit using the ErgoFlow™ variable axis technology. At each point of the trajectory of movement, the variable ErgoFlow™ axes create natural optimal angles, minimizing excessive, and therefore dangerous, stress on the knees and focusing on the muscles of the thighs and buttocks. Another feature of this technology is the uniform distribution of the load and the absence of so-called "dead zones" throughout the entire rotation cycle. The vast majority of ellipticals from other manufacturers are guilty, to a greater or lesser extent, of having such zones. Thirdly, this is the super-small Q-factor (ESQF™), only 56 mm. Since elliptical trainers are based on running movements, the distance between the pedals should be as small as possible. The super-small Q-factor can only be realized on high-tech ellipticals with a front-mounted flywheel.
The software component of Horizon Andes 3 NEW is represented by the widest range of training modes and is able to solve absolutely any user tasks. The large 5.5-inch display displays all the main indicators, including the training profile. 10 preset programs are focused on training endurance, strength, speed qualities and weight loss. Users with cardiovascular problems should use the pulse-dependent or Watt-fixed programs. The game mode is aimed at young athletes and also all those who are tired of the boredom of monotonous routine training.
For greater ease of use and storage, the advanced Folding SixStar Front-drive™ technology and transport rollers are provided. Now you can fold the exercise machine with a simple movement of one hand. The maximum user weight is 136 kg.
Horizon Andes 3 NEW is a product of the American concern Johnson Health Tech. It is the only manufacturer of home fitness equipment in the world that offers a full cycle - from the idea of the product, then technical, biomechanical and design development and ending with production in its own factories from its own components.
