HMB Formula Caps is an anti-catabolic supplement containing HMB, a product of the metabolism of one of the branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) – leucine. Most studies show that HMB has a positive effect on the athlete’s body: it suppresses
catabolism, stimulates the growth of lean muscle mass, improves strength and endurance. HMB reduces catabolism because the best way to suppress it is to saturate the muscles with amino acids and their metabolites, such as HMB. In addition, HMB, as a product of amino acid metabolism, also blocks the flow of glucose into adipose tissue, which reduces lipogenesis processes and increases the availability of glucose for muscle energy.

Take a single serving of the product - 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings per day.
On training days:
1st serving 30 minutes before the first meal, 2nd serving immediately after training, 3rd serving before bed.
On non-training days:
1st serving 30 minutes before the first meal, 2nd serving 30 minutes before the main meal, 3rd serving before bed.
