The vest has pockets for weights that close with Velcro, an internal soft lining 5 mm thick, which provides additional comfort during training.
The vest is put on from above over the head and fastened with straps with Velcro, which encircle the vest with a ring. The straps securely press the pockets and allow you to adjust the size of the vest to suit yourself.
